Pronouns: they/them
MSW, LCSW, Certified Addictions Counselor, EMDR Trained

I became a therapist because a friend of mine growing up had a transphobic experience with a therapist, and I knew there had to be a better way to treat gender expansive clients. I love what I do, and firmly believe in the profound healing humans can do through the therapeutic relationship. I work from an antiracist, anticapitalist, queer-affirming lens, and am dedicated to continually learning more and challenging myself to be a kinder more compassionate human. I believe that each and every person has inherent value and is deserving of joy. I also work from a harm reduction framework for more than just addictions, because the perfect solution is rarely accessible, but healing is always possible. I always support the process of getting to know ourselves, building our relationship with ourselves, and in having radical self-acceptance.

Pronouns: she/her
M.A., LPCC

I am a dedicated professional with a lifelong commitment to enhancing the human experience. Having served as a first responder for six years, I identified a critical gap in mental health preparedness, especially for individuals with oppressed intersectional identities. This observation led me to pursue further education with the goal of making a positive impact on my community. I approach each individual with a recognition of their unique story, background, and influences. My aim is to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to openly share their thoughts, feelings, identities, and concerns. I believe everyone has strengths that we can identify and utilize to achieve their goals and create the meaningful life they have envisioned.
